    Morning Folks

    I was going to take a rest day today but changed my mind

    10 minute abs workout and 10 minute arms/shoulders workout for me.

    Have a nice weekend

        I had to eke out some minutes to make goal for two January challenges.

        20 min treadmill
        40 min lifting
        75 crunches

        Tomorrow will be a rest day !

          20 minutes brisk walk outside in today's yucky and cold weather!

                      Rest day for me, too.

                      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                      what the rungs mean to me:
                      rung 1 - more veggies
                      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                      rung 4 - berries, melon
                      rung 5 - wine -
                      rung 6 - beans, hummus
                      rung 7 - other fruits
                      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                      (on to pre-maintenance)

                          I fell asleep last night and didn't post. I actually fell asleep sitting up. I'm losing that energy burst and I want it BACK!!! Perhaps time to up the carbs. Anyway, I did strength training and walking again on Saturday.
