    A tough day at the gym this morning, felt so good!

    45 min on treadmill (alternating 2 min run at 6.0 and 4 min walk at 3.5)
    Core workout (30 second planks, stability ball crunches with weight ball)
    Leg workout (stability ball squats with 15 lb dumbbells, calf extensions, bosa ball lunges while doing shoulder press with 10 lb dumbbells)

    Few, tired just typing that! I am so motivated though!! We can do this, keep it up everyone!

    Looking forward to an amazing week with all of you wonderful people!

                  Wow! Everyone is kickin' butt! I thought I did a lot today...guess not .

                  Tyson, hopefully you feel better soon.

                    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                    what the rungs mean to me:
                    rung 1 - more veggies
                    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                    rung 4 - berries, melon
                    rung 5 - wine -
                    rung 6 - beans, hummus
                    rung 7 - other fruits
                    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                    (on to pre-maintenance)

                          I took Monday as I rest day, I guess. I sure didn't mean to but when I got home from work I fell asleep sitting up on the couch while reading some posts! Not enough carbs at all for Monday and then I slept through my hours to catch up on them!!

                            My friend works at the gym so yesterday she made me out a routine.
                            today was the first day that I took it on completely and now I feel great that I have finished it. Some of the weights were just a little bit too heavy and trying to do the walking nearly killed me because my friend wanted to talk all the time. I know we are told that we should still be able to have a conversation whilst cardio exercising but I would rather push myself past that. I'll see how it goes. My water challenge is no problem for me as I'm working so hard that I need more. I am drinking most of my water in the morning so last night I had a peaceful sleep!!!
