Skipped my bodypump training today as I felt too weak for that (had a whooshie this weekend and seems it just took all my energy), but walked 1.5 hours instead - and the sun felt already a little bit warmer - maybe we still will have a spring this year after all? LOL

I cleaned house all weekend. Does that count? Otherwise, I rested.

Going to hit the gym tonight through Wed. I go out of town Thurs evening until Sunday. 7 hour drive both ways and will be busy with family so I probably won't have time to find a gym.

I'll do weight training, treadmill and abs class.

I hope to get out of the 140's by the end of the month! :icondance

Cto5K: Week 3 Workout 1.. 14 mins of walking and 9 mins of running

I was amazed that I actually made it through the first 3 min run (the 2nd was kinda tough though).

Congrats on the 3 mins Skyye

I'm claiming cleaning as exercise today - it was three hours and mainly vacuuming so completely exhausted me.
