    good morning peeps!

    i wanted to get this started as i will be gone most of the day and i needed to be subscribed to the thread to get my daily notice.

    we're going to cleveland today and will be walking alot at a home and garden show. i'm going to try to remember to wear my pedometer.

    Have a nice time in Cleveland, Jimmie!

    I did cardio & weights at the gym today. I'll do some stability ball exercises and more random stuff a little later... I also have a badminton training at 9.30pm... but I probably won't post an update 'cause I'm plain lazy. :P

          Well, oops...

          Today was going to be a rest day, but at the last minute I took a 60 minute hike with Heidegger. Sorry 'bout that.

                1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                what the rungs mean to me:
                rung 1 - more veggies
                rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                rung 4 - berries, melon
                rung 5 - wine -
                rung 6 - beans, hummus
                rung 7 - other fruits
                rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                (on to pre-maintenance)

                    Worked abs and then cleaned out the garage, dog kennel and yard cleanup. Exhausted by afternoon!
