Morning Session: Good Strong 1&1/2 Mile swim paced with another long distance swimmer :icondance
Afternoon Session: 20 Minutes Lifting + Freeweights Heavy & hard, 15 Minutes Nordic Track & then the real world intefered & I had to go take care of some things :sadblinkyI try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

Hey!
Yesterday, though we continued painting, we quit early.....like put up our feet after supper. So I call that my REST DAY.
Today I stole 45 minutes and went outside. I started with a nice easy walk which turned into a nice loping jog. AND IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!!! Gazukes! I really missed being outdoors with the sun and my music. Sorry Debbie, but you just got bumped!

Not you! I have been doing the Slim in 6 (have got as far as the 2nd week of Burn it Up) and have not been going outside as I had been all last year! The reference to "Debbie" and "bumping" was in this context.
