    Well I am on my third day home sick, but I did get out and walk about a half mile. Actually it was more of a stroll.

      Morning Session: Good Strong 1&1/2 Mile swim paced with another long distance swimmer :icondance
      Afternoon Session: 20 Minutes Lifting + Freeweights Heavy & hard, 15 Minutes Nordic Track & then the real world intefered & I had to go take care of some things :sadblinky
      I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

        Will do treadmill and weights.

        Last night I did 35 min treadmill level 10 various inclines and about 20 min weights.

        Still trying to get over this gunk so I didn't push too hard but it did feel good to do something. My foot held up like a champ! :icondance

          Hey!

          Yesterday, though we continued painting, we quit early.....like put up our feet after supper. So I call that my REST DAY.

          Today I stole 45 minutes and went outside. I started with a nice easy walk which turned into a nice loping jog. AND IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!!! Gazukes! I really missed being outdoors with the sun and my music. Sorry Debbie, but you just got bumped!

          Ta, see you guys tomorrow.

                Didn't post yesterday...put me down as sick. :sadblinky

                Did the treadmill for 30 minutes today. Probably shouldn't have...still have this cold...but I'm glad I did.

                        Not you! I have been doing the Slim in 6 (have got as far as the 2nd week of Burn it Up) and have not been going outside as I had been all last year! The reference to "Debbie" and "bumping" was in this context.
