Hi everyone! I'm finally back from being sick and nursing my sick family back to health. I stayed on plan, but still had to take meds and drink a bit of lemon juice in my hot drinks. Luckily, lemons are low in carbs!

For the charts, I was sick until the 16th. The 17th was a rest day. On the 18th, I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 45 minutes of weight training. Today is another rest day.

It feels great to finally be able to go back to the gym and have time to visit ADBB!

    Have a great day everyone!

I feel exactly the same!! It has been years since I was sick for almost 2 weeks, and no fun at all! But hopefully I am on the mend.

Did abs today, and some lights stretching

I'm glad to read that folks are starting to feel better.

Today was a rest day for me. Yesterday's bike ride wiped me out, and I have another ride scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.

            Todd.

Walked 1 mile on the tredmill and did 100 crunches.

                    Not a exercised-filled day, but a purposeful one !
