    Happy Monday, Everyone,
    Got up extra early so I could get my exercise in before work. I did watp 1 mile and 60 pushs ups.

    I've been at the gym and I really worked hard with my cardio. I also did a lot of abs and arm work. I need to get going again big time as this last 2 weeks I have not really pushed myself.



    1.73m (5.8ft)

    starting weight 85kgs (187.3)

    1st target 79.9 (176.1)- 26/01/09..4/03/09(again)
    2nd " 75 (165.3)
    3rd " 70 (154.3)
    GOAL 65 KGS: (143.3)

          Walked 4 miles today but no weights...have injured my right shoulder and decided to stop pushing it with the heavier weights. I actually injured it right around the new year and I think it's going to be a "problem area" for a long time. It hurts every time I take my coat off and every time I make a right turn in the car.

              2 miles run
              6 miles on the bike
              1 h upper body strength training (push-ups, lats, free weights)
