I've been at the gym and I really worked hard with my cardio. I also did a lot of abs and arm work. I need to get going again big time as this last 2 weeks I have not really pushed myself.

Walked 4 miles today but no weights...have injured my right shoulder and decided to stop pushing it with the heavier weights. I actually injured it right around the new year and I think it's going to be a "problem area" for a long time. It hurts every time I take my coat off and every time I make a right turn in the car.
