Sorry for not being around! I ended up in the ER on last week with side and abdomen pains and possible kidney stones. It turns out that I just had a massive kidney infection. So, I was sick all that week from the 23rd to the 1st due to the pain and recuperating.
I did my regular routine on the 2nd and a rest day on the 3rd.F/35/5' 7"
Start: 7/2004 Total loss: 40 lbs.
Restart: 12/15/2008 264/237/140
Total Inches Lost: 34in. on 1/18/2009
MG1 - 250 (Reached 1/19/2009)
MG2 - 230
