      One hour very energetic workout in the pool. I didn't really feel like doing it.. just wanted to loll around in the sauna and whirlpool.. but nowadays once I start, an hour flies by!

          Sorry for not being around! I ended up in the ER on last week with side and abdomen pains and possible kidney stones. It turns out that I just had a massive kidney infection. So, I was sick all that week from the 23rd to the 1st due to the pain and recuperating.

          I did my regular routine on the 2nd and a rest day on the 3rd.
          F/35/5' 7"
