    half way through the week, the current challenge almost over.... where does time go?

    rest day for me although i will be working in about an hour.

            I did my usual 90 minutes total in the gym. 45 minutes on the elliptical and 45 minutes of weight training.
            F/35/5' 7"
            Start: 7/2004 Total loss: 40 lbs.

            Total Inches Lost: 34in. on 1/18/2009

                  1 hour weights and 20 min run
                  40 push-ups and 80 squats
                  5 min skipping and 25 min hula
