    I don't know how you do it G - up working all night and then you run two miles!

    I walked for 30 mins today. Still taking it easy.

          Finally a nice sunny day here in Michigan.
          Went for a 60 min walk at track and 300 stair steps.
          50 Pound Challenge by First Day of Summer!
          3/8/09 - 224.0 lbs (Start weight)
          Summer Challenge Goal by June 21st: 174 lbs
          Ultimate Goal weight: 145 lbs
          Maintainence weight: 135 lbs

                            Rest day. I was actually going to go, got to the gym and make it four days in a row but I got to the gym and for some reason... I had forgotten to put socks in my bag??!! So I went home, did laundry, cleaned etc...

                            Tonight will be a gym night!
