I don't know how you do it G - up working all night and then you run two miles!
I walked for 30 mins today. Still taking it easy.

i've started on some biking

Rest day. I was actually going to go, got to the gym and make it four days in a row but I got to the gym and for some reason... I had forgotten to put socks in my bag??!!
So I went home, did laundry, cleaned etc...
Tonight will be a gym night!
