      30 minutes stationary bike, and 25 minutes upper body light weights, and ... oh, those stomach crunches - still can't get above 2 lots of 20!

                I RAN today!! I have never in my life felt those kind of cramps in my feet. I am hoping it was because it was freezing outside! Laying off the weight lifting today. Right shoulder is killing me.

                        gym for me. 45 mins fast walking on treadmill for 5 kms on an incline, 45mins abs and 30 mins weights for arms.
