        8.3 miles on the bike and a pretty good upper body workout today.

          jack and i went to a home and garden show today and then hit several antique stores. slow walking but about 4 hours of it.

                Went to an festival from 10:00-3:30, walking majority of time; I am exhausted. Today was supposed to be my one rest day!

                  not that it makes a difference at this point, but jack and i walked the long trail at the park this afternoon. much brisker pace than the other walking.

                          sick day for me. Went walking with my friends boots on which turned out to be too small so now I have a large blister on my heel. Not possible to do any cardio. Had to walk all day with no shoes on. I could have done some abs at home though so really I should call it a slug day for me. I'm sooooo disappointed. My first slug
