    Pushed it hardd post-holiday today

    Morning Session: 1&1/2 Mile Swim
    Afternoon Session: 20 Minutes Freeweights, 30 Minutes Nordic Track
    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Start 229/ Now at 188/ Goal 175

      Back from the long weekend. I blew it big time. Mark me sluggo today. I have errands tonight so I'll hit the gym tomorrow :anger We got in real late last night and I'm soooooooooooo tired today!

              Hey!

              Did my "run 4 miles" thing today. Not as much fun as yesterday. Nary a ray of sunshine and the wind just cut through with icy daggers. Sure do wish it would get just a wee tad warmer. I hate having to run with frozen ears and numb fingers!

              I would really really really like to be out there in a pair of cute short shorts again! :yes To feel the warm sun on my face. :yes To see grass and wild flowers and .................soon, I tell myself, be patient, soon.........
