    Got my exercise in the garden again today - half an hour heavy digging. This exercise challenge is doing wonders for my garden! If I'm pushed for time to do both gardening and 'exercise' then I tell myself I can't do any of the 'nice' gardening until I've done some proper digging and weeding!

      We have an amazing weather here, so I did my 2 miles in the park this morning. I hate treadmills, so it felt great running outside.

                I pounded the pavement today and got in more steps than I ever have before!! I'm at 16,000 steps today so far. My legs are feeling every bit of it!! I wanted to lift weights today also, but I think I better chill for awhile and focus on lifting weights with sore muscles tomorrow! If a low carb metalbolic advantage isn't enough for this fat to melt off....then I'll shake it off with exercise!

                  Summer Challenge Goal by June 21st: 174 lbs

                        i worked this afternoon but it'll be a rest day for the challenge.
