    Two weeks down!

    I spent 40 minutes on the exercise bike today...

        I'm not sure if I am a rest day or not today!

        I spent 4 hours chopping back a 30 foot long and 8 feet high virginia creeper, raking up the debris and fallen leaves, plus we moved a concrete coal bunker (very heavy) in 5 pieces, from one end of the garden to the other.... I'm not sure if all that counts or not - it certainly felt like exercise at the time, but if it doesn't count, no problem - I'll go for a rest day!
