    Only a short walk for me today so I think best to put it as a rest day. Body Pump tomorrow

            i could have sworn that i alrady postd for today. maybe i hit another thread. i'll work that out in a minute but for today, i'll take a rest day.

              oh crud - I thought I posted here already today....anyhoo -- 3 miles for me today walking. Tomorrow is bike riding again so I'll get some real mileage in again.
