    Already done some squats, and 15 mins stretching.

    Later will do 1hr 15 mins kickboxing practice.

      thanks for getting this started so early in my day. i'm not sure what is on tap for me. where going out of town, i think, just to get away. i'll get your updates done when we get back.

      if you're missing any days on the charts, now would be a good time to play catch up, we are nearly down to just one week to go.
