        10 minutes doing the Advanced Step Aerobics on Wii Fit

          I kind of went old school with some push ups and windmills. I rememebered windmills from elementary pe.

          I did 40 wall push ups, 30 windmills, and walked 2 miles.

            30 minutes bike, situps and 10 minutes of pilates while watching TV!
