    Good morning everyone.

    30 minutes on elliptical today (which was made infinitely more enjoyable after figuring out how to transfer shows from my Tivo to my Ipod!).

    Abs, Push-ups and upper body strength training... maybe be able to squeeze in a walk this evening if the rain holds off.

      i will be working this afternoon so it's a rest day for the challenge.

          I just finished my 30 minute "The Best Fat Burners" aerobics tape. I feel like there's a hummingbird in my chest!

            Today is a rest day for me. I will be active and working.

            Yesterday I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes, elliptical for 12 minutes and weights on upper body for about 30 minutes.

                    Unloaded a semi-truck, box by box, by hand, for two and a half uninterrupted hours. I love that I get paid to exercise more or less XD Manual labor ftw!

                              So far I have gotten in 14,000+ steps for today, exhausted but going to try to tackle the Wii Fit in a little while and lift weights also.
