            I was planning to make this a rest day, but I've changed my mind because we have awesome weather.

            Ran 3 miles and biked 30 minutes.

              Checking in.

              I worked a long food show yesterday. I was on my feet all day and when I finally came home I was too tired to turn on the computer.

              Yesterday was a day off.

              Today I walked for 2 hours.
