    Good morning everyone!

    This was going to be a rest day, but I'm heading across the street to play 9 holes, so please count me as an exercise day...thanks jimmie!

    Golf completed. Walked 9 holes (3.2 miles) on a hilly course. Finished it in an hour and a half, shot a 42. Not too shabby for the second time out this year!

      Rest day for me, but its so beautiful I might go for a leisurely bike ride to the ice cream place with the kids...oh, no ice cream for me though!

                    walk 5 miles, abs, stairs, squats & worked in the yard (plus grocery shopping ..I'm tired!)

                              Ran 3 miles. I was lucky to do my run early in the morning, because it started pouring not long after I arrived home.
