    I can't believe it's week 3 already...

    I biked for about 40 minutes today. To my shame, I almost crashed into another biker, because I didn't hear him coming from the back (I'm an iPod junkie).

      Planned rest day.

      Georgiana....I had a bike crash last year in a woody trail, the guy in front of me was talking on the phone with his blue tooth and didn't hear me shout "on your left" as I was coming up and he suddenly turned around and I flew over him, and my friend flew over the both of us :/ No permanent damage, but it was tick season, and I found a few ticks on me that night

        Today I will be walking/hiking for 3 hours (yikes).

        No bike crash's for me, but yesterday I saw a very large black bear walking into a very busy park near my house. He was about 250-300#'s. Every one scattered- the bears usually avoid people so that was scary.

        PS/ I walk with friends and dogs so I am safe.

            15 biking miles....if I ever crash it will be a shame because it's a stationary bike....LOL
