Just finished level one of the 30 Day Shred.
I ate a slice of pizza last night (at least it was thin crust) and had a few glasses of wine - so I really pushed myself today! I think I need a nap....and water!F - 162/154/134
restarted May 1 - for the very last time!

Rest day today, if you can call it that. I'm working a double. Office job during the day, waitress tonight for five hours...

Tonight is a workout at home night, did some abs (planks and crunches) and also some biceps and triceps with free weightssigpic
