      walked 45 minutes around town while waiting on my sons little league game.

            100 situps
            50 squats
            100 back stretches
            25 each leg extensions
            50 bicep curls with 30lbs weights!! oh my that was tough.

                100 situps exercise ball
                100 ea leg lifts
                100 ea arm curls with bands
                100 ea arm curls with weights
                100 kick out upper ab work with ball
