    I walked 2 miles and did 50 stability ball crunches. Of the 2 miles walked 1 was on a 10 incline.

              100 situps exercise ball
              100 ea leg lifts
              100 ea arm curls with bands
              100 ea arm curls with weights
              100 kick out upper ab work with ball
