Yes, jimmie - a little slow today. Worked to midnight last night. Got my workout in at 5pm though. 30 minutes on the elliptical. Tomorrow morning's early AM workout's looking good, though.
I spent 6 hours moving a section of 6 wire electric fence. Stretching, pulling, lugging fence posts, insulating, tightening wires and I must have walked 5 miles up and down that fence row on rough terrain. My ankles are so stiff today, I can hardly walk!
