      walked 5 miles, saw two wild bunnies, squirrels and birds along a fern lined woody path!

            20 miles on the bike....mowed the lawn (1 mile walk), and cleaned the house.....it's been a fun day...lol

                            100 ea leg lifts
                            100 ea arm curls with bands
                            100 ea arm curls with weights
                            100 kick out upper ab work with ball
