    I started my day with a 3 miles run.

          did a 3 mile hilly walk first thing this morning! Probably more exercise later, but I don't always post the extras!

                  I was going to take the day off since I kind of put my upper back out, but I still walked so I am counting it as an exercise day. I was trying to loosen it up and it worked.
