I spent 1-1/2 hours at the gym. I'll count the weight training part towards the Strength Challenge... so what I did for this challenge was 30 min on the treadmill and 20 min on the bike.

3 mile walk this afternoon, my morning walk got derailed by my grand's asthma attack, and I couldn't do 5 miles in the afternoon heat, but I was happy to manage 3.
