                  swimming in the pool with my 2 kiddos (ages 5 and 2) so lots of pushing the little guy on the raft up and back in the pool! we were in the pool for about 4 hours so I figure I ws "actively" swimming for about 1 hr.

                    25 minutes on the stationary bike (I feel guilty counting this for both 6WEC & May mileage :-( )

                            Dug up my gardens and flower beds buy hand, mowed lawn. SPRAINED ANKLE.....help!!! Throw some ideas at me to keep me moving without too much pressure on the foot!!!! OUCH!
