        Well guys, I did the most exercise I have ever done in one day today - I wasn't sure if my legs would carry me to my car LOL!

        One hour bodypump class immediately followed by 30 minute hill program on the elliptical trainer

        Currently doing couch to 5K program to start running and loving it Check out 'Get Running' if you have an iPhone.
