  • 6 WEC #16 week 6, Day 3, Tue, April 5

    Last night I did 30 min treadmill on cardio setting. I increased the speed slightly and really FELT IT!!! I will do the same tonight at least, more if I can. :nod

      1&1/2 Mile Swim this morning

      Afternoon run rained out & the gym was extra crowded cuz of the rain so blew it off & took the family to see 'Be Cool"
      I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once
