      Is it too late, Jimmie. I have been so consumed with the last challenge, I didn't think to see if this one is starting yet!! Sorry, Jimmie. If it is too late, that is okay. I didn't miss a day on the last challenge.
      149.8/no weigh/ 119



      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
      what the rungs mean to me:
      rung 1 - more veggies
      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
      rung 4 - berries, melon
      rung 5 - wine -
      rung 6 - beans, hummus
      rung 7 - other fruits
      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
      (on to pre-maintenance)

        If not too late, I commit to five days a week.

          Start date: June 26, 2009

          September Strength Challenge 30/600
          September Stability Ball Challenge 40/200
          September Water Challenge (80 oz/day) 9/30

          August Strength Challenge 600/600 (Just barely...but YAY!)

          Mini-goals:
          Size 12...7/10/2009!
          Size 10...
          Size 8...

                        so sorry, kathleen. i had the charts all made up before you asked. i would encourage to you keep track of the days on your own and see you how you do. and then make sure to get in on the challenge when we have sign up in about 5 weeks.
