    I think I'm recovered.

    Tonight, 30 min treadmill at max speed I feel I can do (usually 3.2 - 3.4, remember I have short legs!) and weight training on upper body.

      Hey!

      Got in 30 minutes of my Step Aerobic Tape before I had to run to an appointment. It is so gorgeous out that I am tempted to do a "quickie"
      run, unfortunately I have another appointment later this afternoon and do not have time for another shower.....Oh well....

        30 minutes on treadmill 8% incline, 2.7 mph. At the gym...much harder workout than the same settings at home!
