      Ha Ha, I have those know your town walks a lot since I moved to Europe. We never did that in Orlando, FL!

      10K on the bike today.
      149.8/no weigh/ 119



      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
      what the rungs mean to me:
      rung 1 - more veggies
      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
      rung 4 - berries, melon
      rung 5 - wine -
      rung 6 - beans, hummus
      rung 7 - other fruits
      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
      (on to pre-maintenance)

                            this challenge is set to run for 6 weeks and we started on last sunday a week ago. we are now in our second week. the challenge has a cut off date for signing up which is always the last saturday before the new challenge begins. if you check this thread... Official 6WEC Rules ... you can read the dates the 2009 6 week exercise challenges begin and end. there will always be a week to sign up and the sign up thread will always be a stuck thread. we will begin the #56 challenge sign up the last week of september.
