I jogged 1/4 mile, walked 1/4 for a total of a half mile in 5 minutes. I would have kept going, but I was actually trying to get back home to grab another car as my truck was broken down on the side of the road and I was late for work, haha. This was a first for me. I haven't jogged in years and years!
