      Hi everyone today is a rest day for me.
      1st goal 248 lbs (I made it!)
      2nd goal 238 lbs (I made it!)
      3rd goal 228 lbs
      4th goal 218 lbs
      5th goal 208 lbs
      6th goal 198 lbs ONEDERLAND!!!

        Hi all. I did a 3 mile walk this a.m. Count me for 1 day of exercise this week.
        Female /45
        Highest weight 212 lbs

        Start 207 - 9/15/09

        Mini goal #1 - less than 200 lbs - Acheived 9/21
        Mini goal #2 - <190 lbs- Acheived 2/26/10
        Mini goal#3- <180lbs-
