    30 mins on the treadmill and 10 mins doing weights.
    1st goal 248 lbs (I made it!)
    2nd goal 238 lbs (I made it!)
    3rd goal 228 lbs
    4th goal 218 lbs
    5th goal 208 lbs
    6th goal 198 lbs ONEDERLAND!!!
