        I'm sore from my workout last night :raving

        I signed up for a class that is on Tuesday nights. It started last week but I didn't know it so I'm going tonight to see if I can still get in.

        So today is rest day.

                Did 30 mins. of Elliptical trainer.

                I will incorporate weights later, maybe next week.

                            30 minutes treadmill preprogrammed workout, moderate intensity! Okay, I did have to slow it down in some areas....just not ready to jog faster than 4mph, but I'm still proud of myself! Whoo-hoo! :joy

                            Also did 5 minutes worth of crunches...100 or so?

                            AND I started weight training today. 30 minutes to the upper bod. on my bowflex.
