    Gosh- i am first here tonight!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

    Did about 2 hours worth of deep cleaning housework on my hands and knees today. But did some weight lifting today too.

      136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

              Cleaned the garage for 5 hours. Moved everything out and threw away what we didn't want. I swept it, then we had to pack everything back in. There is no telling how many squats I did or steps I took. My back is slightly sore.
