    I guess I get to start this one!

    I spent 3 hours scraping the old paint off of 3 garage doors getting them ready to be painted tomorrow.

    30 minutes on the treadmill & 3 miles on the recumbent bicycle at the gym

      20 min walk with my dogs. That is a workout & adventure. I can't usually handle them both together for walks but got brave today.
