        I spent 5 hours painting and repainting 3 garage doors inside and out. They haven't had any attention for 20 years and really need some TLC. I'm not used to standing on concrete for that long at a time and my feet and back were killing me, but I've recovered now and have to go back and so some more! They need at least 3 coats each!

                    Pilates and body conditioning classes tonight - could not function at my usual level, but did the best I could.
