Today did 25 minutes of cardio The firm DVD,
I think this week i'm moving up to 25 minutes compared to last week 20 minutes per day.
Is this good progress anyone know? I guess it might be for a beginner and i guess its hard I have a 216 pounds on a petite 5'2 inch frame so I guess it can't be that easy to jump around with all that meat LOL

i think it's a good addition of minutes. this 5 minutes of added exercise is what dr. a talked about in chapter 22
Increase your workout time by five minutes each week, and add a fourth day when you reach week four.
