    walked the dogs (outside!...it is -25C (-13F), -29C (-20F) with the wind chill!!!)

      29 minutes of stability ball {yes, i should do 1 more minute}

          Weight Training 35 minutes in the morning plus 45 aerobics firm DVD in the evening

              I did the wii fit for 30 minutes today - plus did a 15 minute walk with the doggie..

                My abs, squats, pushups, 25 min stability ball, and nordic track skier
                MAY 2010 Challenges

                I weigh once a week, Mondays !

                  Finally starting to feel a little better, been sick, them relapsed; it's a slow go 4 now, can't wait to get back to full swing, miss the walking/running.
