    April 14:
    Stairmaster - 2 minutes

    April 15:
    7 hours gardening

    April 16:
    3 hours mowing grass

          Hi there guys, having to fill you in havent been on for few days.well on thursday i had day off, and friday too hee! but today i did 40 sit ups and 40 leg exercises and 40 hip stretches

                thought i didn't want to feel like **** today... so i thought i'd leave C25K Week 2 Day 3 until tomorrow.... got downstairs in my company gym and said "hey what the ****?"

                C25K Week 2 Day 3 (plus an extra 10 min on treadmill)

                          ugh - hate admitting this - slug day... work wore me out... pink eye irritating the bejesus out of me - pink eye medicine irritating the bejesus out of me (but in a good way..) So I've been relaxing at home and watching movies with my DH and my roommate.

                          tommorrow my DH and I are biking around downtown all day so I'm hoping it'll more than make up for today - even though I know thats not how it works.
                          F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!

                            I wonder if going to a rock concert (plus afterparty) counts as exercising? Because it was so intense - jumping up and down (lol) for hours.
                            But it was great! (Nazareth - if anyone likes that kind of music you know why I mentioned "exercise").
