    Hey All,

    Spent 4 hours in garden cleaning up leaves from the Fall.....that will be bending, raking, hauling, and digging out the odd dandylion that has already started to grow. Still have another 3 flower beds to go! I am sore and tired......off for a long soak with a good murder mystery.

    Ta, till tomorrow.

      35 minutes on the treadmill. "fat-burning" rate. So that is heart rate no more than 140 for me. Which is 4.5 incline and 3 mph for now. Can't wait to get a heart rate monitor so I don't have to keep checking my pulse!

      SO, now I have another new plan! I'm still trying to get this whole exercise thing worked out. Trying to get in the most beneficial exercise for my fat-loss goals. When I get closer to goal, then I'll rev it up a bit. But for now, I am going to walk 2-3 days a week at a lower intensity, and weight train total body 3 days a week.

      Let me tell you, I did squats for the first time yesterday, almost no weights...(just 100 pounds of extra fat! lol) and today I can barely walk! Don't even get me started on trying to sit on the potty! :no
