    Busy dayso no time; both sessions a little light today

    Morning Session: 2 Mile Jungle Run
    Afternoon Session: 15 Minutes Lifting, 30 Minutes Lap Swimming
    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Hey!

          :yikes Enough already with the leaf raking thing!!!!!!!!! My shoulders were so sore yesterday I could barely lift my fork to my mouth....but never fear.....I did manage to scarf down my supper.......it's amazing how hungry I get after working outdoors all day.

          Today I did my 4 mile run :joy
