:wave Hey girl, Yeah I break it up, I do 3 sets of 30 mins. each. After each 30 minutes I go to the bathroom and refill my water bottle, fix my music selection and girl I'm back on it. Mines only program for up to 30 minutes, and the pressure changes automatically. First my toes were getting really numb only doing 30 minutes, but now its much better, I find the more you do it the easier it gets and I sing while I'm on it, its making my lungs stronger! I hope to see you join me and we can talk about that machine and our escapades on it!! Its the best low-impact machine out there right now. Thanks for making me smile.
