    Can I get in on this? I just started Adkins again for the 14th time, but I never got involved with any excersise challanges. I can do 4 days a week tread mill and dumb bells. Thanks, Way 2 bBig.

        yes, you can still can participate and i have you added it won't matter what kind of exercise you do so if you only get 3 days in of treadmill or dumb bells, a walk on the 4th day will be fine, or swimming, jogging, skipping rope, etc......

          our challenge starts to tomorrow so if you are going to try for one of the ribbons, you'll need to get those measurements taken. if you want to post them in this thread for safe keeping, you may do so. if you don't post them here, jot them down in your hands on journal or some safe place. you'll need access to them in 6 weeks.

            -Under arms around chest: 35
            -Fullest part of chest: 41
            -Ribcage: 33.5
            -Waist: 32
            -Hips: 40.5
            -Upper arm: 11.5
            -Thigh: 22
            -Weight: 173

            39Y: ReStart Mar 15th now non-smoker: SW175: CW173: GW140 No cigs for 112 days.

            Measurements starting 15th March 10 - last measured 1st May 10:
            Starting Underarms around chest 38" Now 35" lost 3"
            Starting Bust: 43" Now 41" lost 2"
            Starting Ribcage: 35" Now 33.5" lost 1.5"
            Starting Waist: 33" Now 32" lost 1"
            Starting Hips: 42" Now 40.5" lost 1.5"
            Stating Upper arm: 12" Now 11.5" lost 0.5" x 2 = 1"
            Starting Thigh: 23" Now 22" lost 1" x 2 = 2"
            Lost 12" total

            Mount Everest - 6,035/58,070 steps - started 29th April 10

              New to Atkins, Just started on Monday. Today was the first time I've exercised all week. Just starting to feel myself again. Would love to be apart of this. Sign me up for 3 days a week of Aerobic Videos and 4 days a week of Walking. Thanks, Monica
              189 - The awesome 80's (haven't seen those since "04)
              182 - 20lb loss
              172 - 30lb loss
              162 - 40 lbs loss - Key West Baby!
              Still have more to go but 162 is my first goal!And I'm leaving for Key West June 30th! Totally crazy goal/but totally committed!!!

                      sign up week is just about over. i'd like to get the new charts all set up so if anybody else wants in .... now's the time!
